While on holiday in Devon unfortunately excruciating pain forced me to attend A and E. I was seen very quickly. Diagnosis of gall bladder issues was done in a very considerate manner. Spent the following week on FORREST ward. My first inpatient experience for 50 years: impressive staff and amazed by the care shown...nothing was too much trouble. All in all an eye opening experience. So much of the press coverage is negative yet I can only praise the care I received. A big thank you to all.
