What could be improved

Communication between consultants, doctors and patient.

Anything else?

I have been trying to conceive for the past 5 years, and referred to this hospital for further tests and treatments by my GP. I explained to the consultant that I miscarriaged 2 years ago and expressed my concerns about my irregular period and my husband's low motility. The consultant prescribed me with 3 months supply of Clomid, put me for two months of blood tests on day 1 and day 21, also semen analysis on my husband. Few months later, I received a letter from the hospital advising me to stop taking Clomid because my tubes should be tested beforehand, which was too late. I then went to get HyCoSy test done, but I was in agony, thus the doctor cannot perform the full procedure and diagnosis at the time. The doctor explained that my right ovary is bigger than the other which could be caused by Clomid or PCOS and suggested laprascopy instead. She reassured me that laprascopy would be a better option for me because it can find and fix the problems at the same time. As much as I felt relieved that they can do something about it, I cant help feeling nervous that it would be another blunder.
