"Terrible service"

I have been struggling with my stomach for the past 10 years plus , I got referred to this place by my own gps to get two camera tests and I was treated disgustingly . I couldn't tolerate drinking the prep for bowel camera tests and I was made to feel like a complete failure and they said I didn't try when I did , I kept bringing the prep up . They changed the prep from Moviprep to picolax and I still couldn't tolerate it so when I had phoned hopsital they said they would inform the consultant of this which they didn't do . And the consultant made me feel dreadful and told me I would have to have a enenma which I had to do myself and had never done one before and I couldn't manage it and nurses had to do it. ! Then I came back to see the consultant today 22/09/2015 at 7 pm to be told they couldn't help me and il be referred back to my doctor who couldn't help because they referred me to them ! The consultant wouldn't let me talk nor would they listen to me and actually do what they get paid to do and help me. I spent money of taxis to be in there for 2 mins. . I think this hopsital is a terrible service ! Avoid like the plague !
