"This place is disgraceful"

About: Colchester General Hospital

My sister got a coil put in on the 28th july. They told her once it was done if there was any problems then come into a&e and they will help.

Last night She was bent over in so much pain and could not get to colchester so went to clacton. The doctor referred her to colchester for today. She went today and they had to records of her and sent her back to clacton. Clacton then sent her to colchester a&e and they sent her home saying theres nothing they can do after a doctor has said it can be a pelvic disease/ cyst on overaries or the coil has moved.

This is disgraceful and i will be making a formal complaint until something happens.
