After excellent treatment from Ambulance staff, A&E, surgeons, doctors, nurses and physios for a dislocated ankle and fractured fibula I am recovering very well.
After 3 weeks of very light use, minimal weight bearing, my Support Boot decided to shed part of its sole.
I phoned ward 8 A East who put me straight through to one of ,the physios, an appointment was made immediately and within 24 hours at a time to suit me I was equipped with a brand new Boot. I was in the hospital for less than 15 minutes and looked after by a member of staff who was efficient and charming.
Well done to the staff members and RSCH, what excellent service, Thank you.
