What I liked
I'm not a patient, nor likely to be, I'm holding on the phone and have been waiting eight minutes for someone to pick up so that I can make an appointment. However good you are Manchester, you need to get the basics right, especially answering phone calls. The line has now gone dead after 10 minutes. Thanks for that.
