"Parking facility is a disgrace"

The care that I received at the hospital was really brilliant, couldn't fault the staff at all, they were fantastic at making me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible.

However the parking is an absolute disgrace now. Having to pay and display is a totally ridiculous idea as unless you're visiting you have no idea how long you will need to be there. After paying to park for 6 hours my husband moved our car to collect me and my bag after a surgically managed miscarriage. He stopped on the pick up point to collect me and help me into the car and we have since been slapped with a £70 parking fine which is absolutely disgusting and has made a horrific experience even more insulting. Whoever introduced the new system rather than letting you pay when you leave should be ashamed of themselves and I hope when their relatives have a problem they experience the same thing.
