What I liked

My daughter came to have an operation on her eye. Operation was a success and generally treated well.

What could be improved

1. Please can somebody answer the phone!

2. Can the hospital ensure they have all the notes before any appointment.

3. Cn the hospital stop cancelling appointments at short notice.

Anything else?

As mentioned a successful operation on my daughers eye. Had to have a followup 6 weeks after - two cancelled appointments. Third appointment attended but was kept waiting two hours before somebody told us that they had lost my daughters notes. Fourth appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the time. Wife kept on hold (phone) for over an hour to discuss this but gave up. Things need to be a lot better organised here. There is potential to do things so much more efficiently.
