This was the 1st time I have visited A&E (minor injuries unit) in about 30 years and I can only say how impressed I was by all the Staff who dealt with me , from checking in at Reception ,seeing a nurse ,having an x-ray and then having a discussion about my injury took less than an hour in total.
After reading some of the reviews on here I expected the worse but can honestly say I was very impressed with the whole department.
