Doctors were very kind & assuring

What could be improved

My partner was involved in a traffic accident, when I arrived at the scene the Ambulance doors were closed, I knocked only to be confronted by a rude 'I'll be one minute' and the door slammed in my face, I was then waiting 30 minutes until a police officer stepped in to get infomation for me.

To calm the situation someone could of at least said 'don't worry, he should be fine'

When they finally opened the ambulance doors the staff stepped out and started chatting outside completely ignoring me until I said 'Can I see him?'

Anything else?

I work alongside the NHS and my faith in the Ambulance service has been completely lost.

At no point would anyone tell me what was happening.
