"Standard Colposcopy"

I visited the gynaecology dept for a colposcopy and biopsy following an abnormal smear test. I have only excellent feedback to give, I would like to thank the staff for the excellent quality of care. The 3 members of staff present during the procedure were lovely, they were caring, informative and put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Considering the undignified nature of the procedure, I felt that my dignity was preserved throughout and I was kept informed of what was happening at all times. The appointment ran on time and I did not feel rushed, I was offered the opportunity to ask questions throughout as well as being given consise aftercare and follow-up advice.
