"A&E improvements"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I was recently admitted to the A&E department and noticed a big change for the better.

I was never left alone

Each step I was told what they were doing.

They also kept calm at a time I was in excruciating pain and I wasn't the best in communicating and at times became a little rattled with them.

The only 2 things of negativity.was the doctor was clearly under stress. I hardly understood what they were saying as they popped in and out like a whirlwind.

The other one was I was given a bed pan as I was bursting waited a hour and then they didn't put it under me properly and I wet the whole bed and myself. They changed the bed but did not wash me I was soaked.
