"Total hip replacement"

I had a total hip replacement in July 2015 and I have to express my total satisfaction with all stages of the process. From the initial consultant consultation (actually with the consultant and not a "team member") everything ran smoothly, speedily and efficiently. Absolutely all of the staff, whether medical or support staff, were pleasant, helpful and understanding. It is, I am sure, largely due to the staff's attention and professionalism that I was able to be discharged in three days and now, eight weeks later, am well on the road to total recovery.
