"minor operation"

About: Fulwood Hall Hospital

Impossible to fault anything as there are plenty of trained staff about with the right skills and attitude.

However a few minor things might be worth a mention, the waiting area in reception was packed and despite more chairs being provided several people had to stand.

The room where I had my check with the nurse a few weeks prior to the operation was a tiny partition in a much bigger room and with a student present plus equiptment there was little room to move.

These are minor points which the management might want to address but given the choice between this hospital and a NHS hospital I would go for this every time.

Thank you for your comments.

I agree that the hospital is currently very full and that we are having space issues as a result.

Please know that we are addressing these issues and hope they can be rectified soon.
