"A&E trip"

I spent a little time in A&E earlier today, at which time I was seen by a receptionist, two triage nurses and a Dr. Each one of them was very kind, understanding, friendly and helpful, they were patient and even though it was a busy weekend seemed in good spirits and had time to see to my needs professionally and in good time. It was as enjoyable as any trip to the hospital can be.
