"Emergency department following fall"

My husband , who has MS and terminal cancer had a fall in the shower on Saturday morning. From calling out an ambulance to leaving the A&E department everyone was excellent in performing their duties. The person on the phone was reassuring, the ambulance crew were thorough and gave helpful advice. In the department itself, we could not have asked more from the staff. Everyone was personable and all treated my husband in a caring manner. The staff were friendly and happy in their roles. Many thanks to everyone who had dealings with us yesterday. The hospital has had bad press in the past but we could not find anything to complain about. Thank you!
