I am writing this with regards to my mum who was in Aspen ward for a considerable length of time, and now fortunate to be leaving fully recovered.

We as a family, were very pleased with her level of care.

The difference in her now, to when she was admitted many months ago is unbelievable.

Every one of the staff is caring, it's with thanks to each and everyone of them we have our mum back.

Mum would like to thank all staff, a few to mention are Doctors, nurses, carers, the housekeeping team, physio team and the dining room staff.

Also externally, thanks to the social worker and the Community Practice Nurse.

A mention too for all the people running the many activities, such as Church, music, singing art etc.

We cannot thank enough all the people that helped Mum get to where she is today, also a mention to her practice doctor that got her admitted in to hospital.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you for leaving your feedback about Aspen Ward. It is lovely to know that your mum is recovered and that her experience was a good one. I have shared this with the Ward Manager and Matron and other Senior Management in Bristol and asked that they share this with all of the ward staff. It means a lot to staff to know that their care made a difference and I know they would all wish your mum well in her continued recovery. With best wishes Jo Collins, PALS Manager.
