"this is not a hospital in view its a prison ,"

Patients not treated fairly,if they want something they have to literally begging for it ,human rights none existing ,I'm not happy to see my family member sit there scared to say something ,as might lose her leave ,and if she does something like smoke in her own time out shopping ,then she punished ,cause she smoked ,what rite have these people got to tell these patients,who pay their wages wat they can do ,I shall take further action
