"Rheumatology Occupational therapist"

On the 16th September I attended Rheumatology O.T. The therapist came to greet me personally in the waiting area. I was treated with the upmost care and attention. This therapist was bright, intelligent and personable. They listened empathically and responded appropriately to my concerns. The therapist was intuitive in thought and used 'leading' questions which prompted me to share some difficulties I might not have done.

The therapist an asset to the hospital and the department and I feel fortunate to have met them.
