What could be improved
The parking facilities, signs in reception (I ended up at the worng place and the receptionsist didn't notice). The healthcare staff piled all the patients into a room to examine them at the same time!! (this is what I think is being treated like an animal, if I take my dog to the vet he gets treated better)
Anything else?
The consultant spoke to me in a rude manner and basically said I was scruffy and he wouldn't treat me - I was refered by my dentist and didn't want to be there either!!
