Very impressed with the service received today. We arrived early for an appointment and was greeted and shown to the dermatology department by a helpful member of staff. The consultant was able to see us before the appointment time and was very supportive and helpful. We didn't have to pay for parking as we were back at the car within an hour. Thank you and keep up the good service

Dear Hipkiss

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience as a patient at Solihull Hospital Dermatology Department and I am delighted that you found the staff helpful in escorting you to the department, as well as being seen early by the consultant who you found helpful and supportive.

There is a 30 minute window of free access to the car park which was introduced across the trust last year and we have received some very positive feedback regarding this which our patients and visitors have found to be really beneficial.

Your feedback is very important to us and I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Dr Irshad Zaki, Clinical Director for Dermatology, as well as to the general management for Dermatology, they will ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the Dermatology team.
