"Parent waiting over 2 weeks to be seen within..."

About: Tameside General Hospital

Unbelievably shocking service from this department! 2 doctors have sent requests for my father and he has been in A and E twice. He has been wearing a catheter for nearly 2 weeks with one nurse visit, who removed it and then he had to go back into A and E! I have been calling the department who apparently has no record and there is also no record of the A and E visit! Tameside hospital communications need to be looked at! Very very concerned and now going to have to seek private help!
