"Nothing"

About: Rochdale Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

Nothing

What could be improved

I was admitted with a threated miscarriage firstly I was left in a delivery room adjacent to a lady giving birth waiting for a scan. NO member of staff asked if I was ok. When my private doctor contacted them to say I was fine to have medicla management they intially agreed then u-turned but then u-turned again leaving me with no confidence in the gynae team whatsoever.

Anything else?

The staff/management need to rethink about patients are treated.

We are sorry that you have had such a negative experience and have brought your comments to the attention of the Divisional Director for Women and Childrens Services and the Head of Midwifery. If you would like to discuss this further please contact a member of the PALS team on 01706 517354.
