"Care given to my mum in A+ E Dep't"

In the last 6 weeks my elderly mother has had 3 admissions to Aintree hospital via the A+ E department having had numerous falls. On each occasion both she and myself have been treated with care and respect by every member of staff we have come in to contact with, from the members of the catering staff who come around with the tea to the doctors and everybody in between.

I myself have worked in the NHS for over 30 years and this is the first time I have ever taken the time to comment on care given to a family member but it is well deserved and i hope this is passed on to the staff in the department. I want to say Thank You to all involved and well done on an excellent run department and a fantastic team.
