I'd just like to say how superb the quality was when I went to Ilkeston hospital for a colonscopy on Wednesday 16th. The first nurse I met was superb and from taking my blood pressure to helping me tie the cords on my gown they were brilliant. I can't remember their name but they were superb and deserves thanks

The procedure was not pleasant but the staff were wonderful and introduced themselves to me helping put my mind at rest. The Dr was amazing as was the nurse who spent the time during the procedure calming me and talking to me.

When I had concerns the following day I called and the nurse put my mind at rest

A credit to the hospital and if you could pass on my thanks I'd appreciate it
