About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

I had an IVF treatment which didn't work.

The clinic didn't inform me that hammersmith and fulham council funds only 1 IVF treatment until the very end. after the treatment not working I waited 3 months to meet a doctor for the second cycle who told me I was not entitled. That should have been told at the beginning! The doctro was not able to give me any other information about other hospitals in other council neither gave me a web site to get this info from.

Also I reqesuted my medical records and after more than a month I got nothing.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is concerned that you felt you weren't given the correct information when having IVF treatment at Queen Charlotte's hospital.

Also, that your haven't received any correspondence from the hospital about accessing your medical records.
