A big thank you to the doctor who did the test,I was nervous but they were great at putting me at ease,and kept making sure I was OK.This person really is excellent at their job - thank you.To be fair all medical staff Ive seen have been very good,inculding my consultant.The only people who could do with some customer service training are the people who answer calls about appointments,and some of the reception people,especially on radiology. But Ive always found doctors and nurses at Queens,and most other staff there to be fair,to be fantastic - you should be proud of them.
PS The EMG test was a doddle.
