What I liked
Staff at hospital was irresponsible, untrained, ignorant and disrespect. Policing tone when they talk to patient or visitors. Do not care about patient confidentiality
What could be improved
More training how to care patients, confidentiality, respect for patients and visitors.Take the the ownership of their task instead of just doing their hours or shift.Follow up with their patients and their treatments and concern.
