"Caring treatment and understanding"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I would like to thank Helen and Julie for being so kind to me when I was distressed

The distress was caused by something personal and they both took time to listen to me.

Also a big thank you to Dr. Coates for being so patient with me and spending time to listen

Thank you all, I will never forget your kindness and caring attitude.

Hi Dorothy. Thank you. I know from personal experience that it is the personal touches (and very often the small things) that can make the biggest difference to patients. I’ll pass this feedback on to the teams. However, to make sure this gets passed to Helen and Julie it would be helpful to know which ward you were on. If you wish to do so, you can get in touch with me directly by emailing caroline.sheppard@nuh.nhs.uk.

Kind regards,

Caroline Sheppard.

Matron, Cardiology.
