"Very dissapointed"

I was at the clinic to get back some test results. After my appointment I was asked by the wonderful doctor to book two appointment one with the doctor in January and one at the next available appointment. Later at reception I was told only the nurse could book my last mentioned appointment. So I asked them to help me with this, and they started asking why I need two appointment. I tried to explain and they wouldn't listen. It ended with them shouting at me an me leaving cause I got too angry with their behaviour. Also I would like to ass that it's impossible to get through to the clinic I tried calling them for two weeks an no answer. I ended up leaving without my appointment and I do not know what to do regarding this appointment since they did feel like booking it.
