Having allowed an hour for journey to hospital for initial consultation, an accident on the nearby M11 delayed me to the point of arriving at reception exactly on time. I was met immeiadetely by my consultant who guided me to an interview room. Following a thorough examination and in depth discussion I was offered an alternative referral if required. I declined.
On the day of the operation, everything was conducted perfectly and my guardian angel nurse could not have been any more considerate or compassionate.
In all, it was everything one would hope to find in a modern private hospital. Well done Spire Lea.
