"Endoscopy department"

I attended the above as a day patient for a Endoscopy- Gasroscopy and Colononoscopy with some trepidation although the instructions and pre medication I received was easy to read and most informative. The most uncomfortable process was on the day preceding the procedure as once I arrived in the department everyone made the experince almost pleasurable, they were all so pleasant, informative, empathetic and respectful and I could not ask for better treatment from nicer staff
