About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

Cant fault the staff they worked tremendously hard and in my view over worked , it was like a scene from a war movie .

The Ward was dirty and the windows in the ward where disintegrating with dirt on the frames and not being able to close properly staff placing bits of whatever the could find to keep the window from not blowing open.

the major building project outside, the amount of dust entering the ward was beyond belief , with the patient (No Names at the moment ) being discharged worst than when she was admitted, the menu for most of the stay was egg omlette egg mayonnaise, with the chicken not being available .

Night time for an elderly patient was a nightmare patients leaving the ward at 2 am to get a pizza, patients talking loud till 3 am in the morning.

Staff advising patient they would be back in a minute not returning. zimmer frame ordered as patient needed as requested via physio team . never arrived .
