Although having to wait in A/E for an extremely long time my treatment was done as quick as possible. On my transfer I would like to emphasise about how caring and good the porters were on my privacy unfortunately I did not get their name but was on duty Monday 14th September 2015 in the morning quite often these hard workers never get a mention but I must say they listened to what was said and made sure my transfer was as comfortable as possible as I was in so much pain.
AAU day and night staff were all caring and made me feel as comfortable as possible being in extreme pain I was asking for pain relief and they tried to be as helpful to me as possible as they can only do a certain amount for each patient. I would like to thank the staff I
