"Maternity Unit"

About: East Surrey Hospital

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. All the staff involved made us feel valued and safe, from our clinic midwife, to the member of staff who did the delivery.

All of our birth plans were honored. We had a water birth.

We required aftercare for 24hrs due to strep B. Another member of staff came in every two hrs throughout the night and was very friendly and courteous.

We couldn't have asked for more.

Thank-you

Dear Alan,

Having a baby is such an emotional and extraordinary time that is really good to read that your partner and you felt so well cared for and supported during your recent "amazing experience".

I know the team will be very pleased to read your comments, particularly that you felt that your birth plans were honoured so well.

Kind regards

Ian
