"Amazed."

Recently I left a review about Charing Cross hospital. I have a lumbar Tumor and yesterday I was experiencing intense unbearable and uncontrollable pain. I visited this a&e and I was amazed, I was seen quickly and efficiently, I can tell you they did not leave one leaf unturned they done all in their might to get my pain under control and they did not stop until they had done this. I visited on the 15th of September so yesterday and I was admitted until I felt like I was confident I could manage at home. I would like to thank the day and night staff for constantly reassuring me. Making me as comfortable as possible and all in all rebuilding my trust, which I lost after visiting hospitals such as St Mary's and Charing Cross. From now on I will be attending this hospital when needs be as I have never seen such outstanding treatment, compassion and care for their patients and also brilliant team work, making choices and decisions together to make sure their patients get the correct and the best treatment to suit their needs and problems, also booked me an appointment in advance for the next day and supporting me to receive the surgery I need. I really hope they see this and realise how much I appreciate their work and how grateful and thankful I am to them. M.H
