The best thing about my treatment for knee surgery (ACL reconstruction) was the aftercare I received when brought back on to the ward, post operation. However they did send me for my operation too early and therefore was kept waiting 30 minutes in the theatre waiting reception which made me more nervous although the staff were excellent and made me feel at ease.
I would like to thank all the staff on TAU (bay 5) who were involved in my care during my stay, both pre and post operation, especially Mr Sutton.
