I last saw ENT surgeon in December 4th 2014 and no follow up arranged although requested to return and outpatient form completed by surgeon. Called today hospital error acknowledged and only appointment is 3.12.15 at 8.45am or February 16! This is a hospital error!
I have permanent grommets and do not feel this is good enough.
