"Wonderful treatment"

What wonderful treatment I had from Rada when I saw her at ESH Redhill a few Sundays ago, after I had been in agony for almost three weeks even after having been given two courses of antibiotics. She was so pleasant and yet very very efficient, and discussed, in detail, what could be done that day. I couldn't speak highly enough of her. Thank you Rada and how fortunate ESH is having her in that department.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
