I suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Heidi’s (Respiratory Specialist Nurse) experience and advice has been invaluable to me and, most importantly, has kept me in my own home. Heidi suggested a different oxygen regime, a change in inhaler, and, after a short period of time, I found an improvement in my breathing. Heidi is always prompt and communicates well. She is able to take bloods and various tests in my own home, saving me a trip to the doctors, such trips are not easy for me. I can only praise Heidi’s professionalism
