What I liked

friendy, helpful staff, absolutely no problems at all, seen at my appointment time which was a refreshing change from other hospitals!

What could be improved

pharmacy wait was over an hour, and i had to get back to work on the other side of the city. Had to leave my prescription as it closes at 5pm. Not useful for those working. Short opening hours on Saturday, to clear the backlog presumably. how about openng till half 6 during the week with the last 90 miutes offering a colletion only service.?
