About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

I fell down two steps on my stair at home and was admitted to your hospital. I had two breaks in my ankle and was put into ward B23.

I would like to report that all aspects of your service was excellent. The staff in orthopaedics looked after me exceptionally well. This went from the cleaners, caterers and all nursing staff. They could not do enough for me even though they were very very busy.
