"My experience at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

Back in May my husband and I lost a baby (the baby had no heart beat at the 3 month scan). Sure enough we were devastated however appreciate this is common and I am delighted to inform you we are now pregnant again (though still early stages).

Though what we went through was upsetting the way that St Mary's Hospital staff handled our case was incredible and the process from us getting the scan to having the operation to remove the baby was so quick and professionally done. It made a tough experience bearable and for that we want to thank all the staff that assisted us.

Back then I made a note of the Nurse and Doctor's names however when I tried to go to the NHS website to comment it seemed to not be working. I am sorry I do not have their names but just want to highlight how much we appreciated all that the NHS did for us over that period.

Kind regards,

Lucy
