In a very busy unit, I am constantly impressed by the professionalism, care, kindness and friendliness of all the staff in the haematology day unit in the Marjory Warren building. Having had regular venesections during the last six months, I was always treated with incredible care and kindness. Thank you to the amazing day care team.
