Dear all. What a lovely experience! Arrived at 1200hrs met by Senior Sister, very professional, great people skills and caring. To my consultant and their very professional team, again great people skills, I admit to going in feeling just a little apprehensive shall I say? Through out all it was a complete success. ( would have given the same if it was not a success). I was not let down at the discharge end, again completely dedicated. I was offered a meal and have not had good ones in the past. This time I bit the bullet and said yes and yes it was very nice and fresh. My discharge was completed, again with professionalism and style with good humour.

As an assessor in my job I never give an A's as I always believe there is room for improvement, so please don't despair that I only give you a B+. Well done to The Reading Hospital T.E.A.M a most enjoyable experience.
