"dental appointments"

I disgusted that as a lady in her late 30s and have a life debilitating disease I am angry that when I've tried to get threw to cancel appointments and re arrange as I've been having treatment for my illness in another city as Leeds don't deal with it I was discharged back to my dentist who then took me off their register due to the incompetent from Leeds dental hospital saying I missed appointments even,tho my carer rang himself.

I have memory problems due to heavy dosages of morphine ext.

Leeds put me on a drug called fentynal lozengers which are equivalent to 10 tsp of suger in one lozenger and I was pecribed 8 a day.

My teeth are full of holes and I'm in constant pain.

Due to their negligence who is their to help me?

I don't have a dentist now my kids n their father does but me very I'll just thrown to the lions.

Its not the nurses fault as they have a heart of gold its the staff not awnsering phones n we suffer the consequences.

So sorry just desperate for help with my tooth as I'm in agony ?
