(as the patient),

I received 5 star treatment when I attended the hospital for a colonoscopy. The whole process from beginning to end was excellent, as were all the people I met from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors.

I have a great appreciation for all the hospital staff and the way they treated me. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Dear Coder573,

We get a few "excellents" in Patient Opinion posts but I don't recall one with four!

It's also good to read that you felt the whole team contributed to the experience you had in the colonoscopy department and I'm sure that they will be delighted to read that you felt so well supported and cared for.
