"Wonderful ambulance service"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I had a serious fall last week and I called the Lifeline, as I couldn’t get back up. The staff I spoke to offered to call my daughter, but sent a paramedic to my house anyway. I just want to let them know that they were absolutely wonderful, not just this time, but every single time I had to call them. Thank you very much.

Hi Fast660

Thank you for taking the time to provide our service with feedback. I hope you are feeling well after your fall.

We would be very happy to share your generous words of thanks with the ambulance staff involved in your care, however to do so we will need a little more specific information. If you are happy to do so please may I ask you to contact our Patient Engagement Team on either 01392 458831 or plaudits@swast.nhs.uk and one of the team will be very pleased to take you through the process for sharing thanks with our staff.

Thank you, again, for taking the time to share your story with us.

Sara
