What I liked

I cant say that I liked anything at all!! I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of staff at this hospital.

What could be improved

My Mum was put on ward c5 at this hospital. She had injured her spine a few months before and could not walk as a result of this injury. But was in hospital this time with pneumonia and internal bleeding. And the hospital staff made her feel so terrible for not being able to get up and use the commode/toilet!! II think this is appaling..My mum is pretty tough but I now that this experience as upset her alot..

in fact it upset her so much, she discharged herself to be looked after at home.

She ended up back in hospital as a result of coming home too early and as since been treated at Macclesfield General which we all found to be a fantastic hospital lovely staff, nice clean wards and corridors and they looked after my mum amazingly...

Anything else?

Please anyone who has a choice, DO NOT use this hospital, the staff are rude and unhelpful!! And the hospital itself is FILTHY.
