"Dismissive"

I had short stay in day surgery to have vein removal surgery from both calves .....weeks later i still have swelling ,veins ....post op .i was told that the surgery i had doesnt remove veins ,,,very confused ,as that was the reason for the procedure ,,found the consultant uncaring ,dismissive and with no concern or answer as to why i have swelling ....am being refereed to independent vascular team to discuss my issues .....un caring ,,would never go to this hospital again,,,
